Don't even attempt to do these exercises if you can't handle strenuous physical activity. Some of the moves are complex. You should always consult your physician before starting any exercise program. Proper form must be maintained throughout the whole movement. Don't lift more weight than you can handle. During the lifts, if something doesn't feel right, stop doing it. The exercises on these pages are the exercises that I do. You are welcome to try them at your own risk.
